Crystal Lake/Camp Bell Gilmanton, NH

Camp Bell/Crystal Lake, Gilmanton – PLENTY of parking at the stable field. The paint horse club did a ride (Painted Colors Trail Ride) out of here last year. Trails are not marked except during the rides but they go all over. Some are dirt roads, others are NICE dirt trails. Footing is good enough you could trot or canter almost the entire thing. There’s two loops (that the ride does). One is about 3-4 hours (I think 10ish miles) and the other is a lot longer (15-20 miles).
